2. Say No to Processed Foods 

Well over 70% of processed foods have sugars in them. Simply avoid packaged foods whether it comes in a can, box or tin. consume fresh vegetables and fruits. Fruits do have natural and easy to digest glucose in them, this will take care of your sweet cravings.

3. Avoid Sweets for A Week

Yes, it is a bit harsh cold turkey approach but it works miraculously. You might feel it difficult for starting 2-3 days but then you will come to easy with sugar. The craving will come down and you will perfectly survive without sweets for 7-10 days.
